Where does my team sign in?

Everyone uses the same staff workspace link. An owner or manager invites a teammate from Team & access. New users accept the email invitation; existing users sign in with their verified email. Assigned work appears in My tasks.

Will a teammate know when I assign work?

My tasks and its navigation count update every 30 seconds while the workspace is open. Staff can open the checklist, add notes and request extra costs. Invitation emails are supported; automatic assignment emails and push alerts are not enabled yet.

Can I use Karibu Stay outside Tanzania?

Karibu Stay is being built for hotel teams everywhere, with English and Swahili interfaces. The current finance release uses TZS and East Africa Time. Other currencies, time zones and country-specific fiscal integrations require configuration and validation before live use.

Does it charge guests or connect directly to OTAs?

The current release records payments and refunds processed outside the app, supports reconciliation and imports OTA reservations from CSV. It does not yet charge cards, send money or provide a live OTA channel connection.

Can I explore the system before bringing in guests?

Authorized accounts can explore The Quiet Stay, our fictional reference property on the hosted system. Its sample rooms and records are clearly marked. Real hotels need their own verified inventory, account access and operating configuration.
